Axial Torsion of Term Pregnant Uterus with Uterine Myoma

Abstract
|
|
|
Axial torsion of pregnant uterus is normal if it dose not exceed 30 degree nor any symptoms.
Torsion of the pregnant uterus is very rare especially during full term.
We experienced one case of torsion of the full term pregnant uterus with uterine myoma.
The uterus is opened through the uterine posterior wall by classical cesarian section, thereafter, hugh anterior degenerative myoma nodule is excised by transversely incision myomectomy.
We report it with brief review of literature.
